Account Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts within the outdoor advertising sector.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their advertising needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and offering solutions tailored to their goals.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from each account.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized advertising campaigns that align with clients’ objectives.
  • Market Research & Business Development:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
    • Proactively prospect for new clients in various industries to expand Media World’s client base.
    • Stay updated on new advertising products and solutions that could enhance the offerings to clients.
  • Campaign Management & Execution:
    • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from initial client discussions and proposal presentations to campaign execution and post-campaign analysis.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
    • Provide clients with regular updates and performance reports, ensuring they are satisfied with the results.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, outlining performance metrics, opportunities, and challenges.
    • Analyze client feedback and market data to continuously improve sales strategies and service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of outdoor advertising products and solutions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proactive approach to business development.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
