HR Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels of staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
    • Develop strategies for attracting top-tier talent, particularly in the outdoor advertising and media sectors.
    • Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring new employees are integrated into the Media World culture effectively.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Foster a culture of open communication and transparency, encouraging feedback, innovation, and the continuous improvement of workplace practices.
    • Implement employee engagement initiatives, improving overall morale and retention.
  • Performance Management & Development:
    • Oversee the performance review process, collaborating with department heads to set clear goals and provide constructive feedback.
    • Identify training and development needs to ensure employees are continuously growing and enhancing their skills.
    • Support career development initiatives to ensure employees have a clear pathway for growth and advancement within the company.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they align with industry standards and company goals.
    • Ensure the timely processing of payroll and benefits administration, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
    • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies, maintaining a culture of compliance and transparency.
    • Review and update HR policies and procedures to remain in line with legal requirements and best practices.
    • Handle disciplinary actions and resolve employee grievances in a professional and consistent manner.
  • HR Administration & Reporting:
    • Maintain HR records, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to track trends and optimize HR practices.
    • Manage HR-related communication and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
