HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels of staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Develop strategies for attracting top-tier talent, particularly in the outdoor advertising and media sectors.
Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring new employees are integrated into the Media World culture effectively.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
Foster a culture of open communication and transparency, encouraging feedback, innovation, and the continuous improvement of workplace practices.
Implement employee engagement initiatives, improving overall morale and retention.
Performance Management & Development:
Oversee the performance review process, collaborating with department heads to set clear goals and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training and development needs to ensure employees are continuously growing and enhancing their skills.
Support career development initiatives to ensure employees have a clear pathway for growth and advancement within the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they align with industry standards and company goals.
Ensure the timely processing of payroll and benefits administration, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies, maintaining a culture of compliance and transparency.
Review and update HR policies and procedures to remain in line with legal requirements and best practices.
Handle disciplinary actions and resolve employee grievances in a professional and consistent manner.
HR Administration & Reporting:
Maintain HR records, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics to track trends and optimize HR practices.
Manage HR-related communication and documentation.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
